Car Show Vendor Application Form

 

RodBusters of WNC is hosting its’  “Cruz-in for Hospice” Car Show.  We hope, with your help and help from our community, this car show will be a wonderful experience for both vendors and customers.  If you would like to participate in this years’ car show, please complete the attached form and return club member representative.  


Checks should be made payable to RodBusters of WNC and mailed to address listed on the form.  Please note that we are only allowing one Direct Sales Representative per Company to be represented at our event.  The first applicant to return their completed form and registration fee will secure their spot.

 

Rules, Regulations and Important Vendor Information

 

Date and Hours:__  SEPTEMBER 9th 2017 - 9:00 am till 4:00 pm  _________________  

 

SET-UP/BREAKDOWN

 Vendors may set-up on Friday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and/or Saturday from 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.  We would ask that you not close your booth before the official close time.  Sellers are responsible for their selling space.  Before leaving, please be sure your area is clean and trash free.  

SPACE ALLOCATION

Vendors will be assigned space according to first come, first serve.  Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for attendees. If you have special space needs, please include your request on your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you.  Below you can also write your preferences for where you would like to be placed.  

STAFF

Each vendor is responsible for the conduct of his employees and/or representatives and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the show.  Vendor booths must be manned at all times.

Electricity is available on a limited, first come/first serve basis.  Electrical power will be provided to those booths paying an addition $5 electrical fee.  Vendors must provide their own electrical cords and lights.
